External reviewer / open call

The seat is vacant—not implied.

Appointment requires informed consent, relevant expertise, and a published conflict review. Until then, the Index describes the safeguard as incomplete.

R / requirements

Authority of the reviewer

  1. R-01

Approve or reject the benchmark protocol lock before scored runs begin.

  2. R-02

Audit provenance, configurations, analysis artifacts, and deviations.

  3. R-03

Adjudicate evidence checks and corrections involving Minds.

  4. R-04

Publish a signed review statement, limitations, and any dissent.

Q / requirements

Minimum qualifications

  1. Q-01

Demonstrated expertise in survey methodology, statistics, computational social science, research ethics, or reproducibility.

  2. Q-02

Ability to review methods and artifacts rather than vendor positioning.

  3. Q-03

Willingness to disclose relevant employment, funding, investments, advisory roles, and commercial relationships.

Conflict window

Independence is evaluation-specific.

Applicants must disclose vendor employment, funding, advisory work, investment, or material commercial ties during the prior 24 months. A material conflict with Minds or an evaluated vendor disqualifies the reviewer from that evaluation.

Compensation

No outcome-contingent payment.

Any compensation must be fixed in advance, publicly disclosed, and never contingent on a score, conclusion, publication, or vendor outcome.

ADMINISTRATIVE INTAKE

Applications are currently received through a Minds-operated administrative inbox. Intake does not confer appointment; the applicant's consent and conflict record must be published before the seat is shown as filled.

Express interest

Apply with a disclosure statement.

Include expertise, relevant publications or audits, availability, and all potential conflicts. The appointment and conflict record will be public.
